As the person responsible for logistics, she masters every challenge in technical purchasing, transport logistics, customs clearance and quality assurance. With her commitment, she always has an overview of the warehouse and ensures that spare parts are delivered on time.

Charlotte Schütz began her career in 1988 as an assistant to the management in a regional company. She quickly discovered her passion for logistics, which she has remained true to this day. With her solution-oriented approach and decades of experience, Charlotte has been an integral part of Lumesa GmbH since its founding.
Language skills and personal interests
In addition to German and English, Charlotte speaks fluent Italian and is therefore considered a true language expert at Lumesa GmbH. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, going swimming and working as a sutler in her concert band.
